Our student-training program is based on the philosophy that
well-rounded experience should involve three categories of learning:
On-the-Job Training
By working on files for clients in a wide range of industries, you will
gain valuable experience in accounting, taxation, auditing and other
disciplines. Hands-on practice is the best way to learn to be a C.A..
Client Interaction
Rosenberg Smith and Partners LLP fosters an environment of teamwork by having
partners and staff work closely on every file. As a
result, staff members often meet face-to-face with clients and have an
opportunity to learn how to communicate effectively with clients by
observing senior staff members and the partners.
Continuing Education
We provide some of the best professional development courses available
as well as an extensive Uniform Final Examination (U.F.E) training
program.
