Just three years after joining Rosenberg
Smith and Partners LLP, Henry Icyk became a partner in 1983. After obtaining his MBA with
a specialty in marketing from York University in 1973, Henry spent the
early part of his career with a major car company and a small business.
During that time, he developed an interest in finance and taxation that
led him into accounting. He obtained his CA designation in 1978.
Henry has a general practice of professionals, manufacturers, investment
companies and non-profit organizations. He prides himself on finding
real solutions to his clients’ problems. Henry believes that firms must

believes it is a necessity in gaining an understanding of clients’
operations so that one can assist in making decisions affecting their
futures.
Henry’s sole mission, simply stated, is to grow his client’s wealth and
happiness and to enhance their financial standing. He does this by being
proactive, positive, creative and timely in servicing and advising his
clients in personal and business matters, as well as planning and
executing complex strategies and transactions involving individuals, and
their businesses.
Henry and his wife Esther live in Thornhill and have two sons. They are very
