Norman is the firm's senior partner, who has helped Rosenberg Smith and Partners LLP grow into a respected and valued organization. Through a network of hand selected accounting professionals, Norman has created an exceptional group to support his clients with a full range of financial services. Norman obtained his C.A. designation in 1959 and since that time has worked with clients in all areas of business. He has significant experience in the real estate and construction industries, and has served as an advisor to the directors of a major construction association. Norman has 30+ years of experience with the firm, and has addressed a wide range of issues, involving tax and financial accounting issues. Norman is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (C.F.E.). Norman’s financial advice is unbiased and always geared towards his client’s best interest. He strongly believes in building strong relationships and trust so that he can better service his clients. In his leadership position, Norman is committed to identifying opportunities for the firm, ensuring that the firm’s lines of business are strong and growing, and helping to create solutions for clients that draw upon Rosenberg Smith and Partners LLP’s professionals’ wealth of skills and competencies. In order to completely service his clients and remain on top of the changing dynamics of the profession, Norman attends professional consortiums and educational programs. In a world of regularly changing regulations, legislation and technology, Norman believes it is paramount that the firm’s staff maintain a program of on-going training and professional updating. This ensures that clients continue to receive the proactive service they expect as well as the advice, help and support they need to keep their business ahead of the rest. Norman believes that the quality of service is what separates successful C.A.’s from the others. Accomplishment, as stated by Norman, requires that a C.A. must be able to provide something extra…dedication and contribution! Over the years, Norman has done a considerable amount of fundraising work for various charitable organizations and is a member of the Baycrest Hospital Men’s Club. As a dedicated husband, father and grandfather, Norman is a man who enjoys his work very much.
